Standard Tables: Tables are 60" round tables and seat 10 guests.
Sponsor Tables: Gold Sponsors and above are seated at 72" round tables and have the option to have up to 12 guests.
Building a Table - There are 2 ways to purchase and make a Table:
1. You can purchase your tickets and list a Table Captain. We will group by the Table Captain.
2. You can purchase for yourself and for others, up to 10 tickets, equal to a whole table, and assign yourself tickets, and invite others to claim their tickets. Once claimed, the guest will make their food selection; and they can pay you back on the side.

Follow the same steps as above. But you will now click the "Invite" under the "Invited Guest" section
When inviting a couple, make sure to select "2 Guests" in the dropdown.
Note - If you buy 10 tickets, it will show the available ticket quantity in the drop down.

After entering info and clicking "Invite", the guest will receive an email to accept/decline.
As a table Captain who invited other guests, you can check the guest status and update as necessary.

- We can table multiple groups together, just list the Table Captain in the field provided.

2022 CTK Auction: Casino Royale
Getting ready for the Event
What you need to know:
● Arrival: Friday, May 13 at 5:00 PM.
● Attire: Cocktail, Black Tie Optional
● Event tickets are required to attend in person.
● As of Sept. 22, 2021, everyone 12 years and older must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, or a negative test result, before going to high-risk indoor businesses such as restaurants, bars, and gyms in Contra Costa County.
● Vaccinated Attendees and Volunteers - you will need to present your Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record. You can obtain it in less than 1 minute by clicking this link here.
● Non-Vaccinated Attendees and Volunteers - proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test administered in the previous 72 hours before entering the building. The proof of a negative Covid-19 test administered within 72 hours prior to your attendance or volunteer commitment must be by PCR; home tests will not be approved, so please plan accordingly.
Your testing must done on one of these dates: 5/10/22 or 5/11/22 or 5/12/22 or 5/13/22.
● Masks are still required indoors while in the building, except when eating or drinking, even if you show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.

Information about themed class baskets for Auction:
This year every class will be required to donate at least 3 themed baskets that will be featured in the silent auction portion of our 2021 Auction. The silent auction will be in-person bidding during the event and will be previewed to the public via this website 2 weeks before the Auction event. The budget for the team basket varies depending on the donations (goods, services, or money) received from the class families. The recommended minimum amount of money required to spend on each basket is $200. Team baskets of any value are welcome. We would also appreciate it if your class could support local businesses and restaurants to give back to the community that has always donated to CTK. Please note: Basket donations are NON-reimbursable. We can’t wait to see your creativity and generosity!

We will have Awesome Runner up Prizes. After the Grand Prize Winner is drawn, subsequent winners will be drawn for the 2nd and 3rd place prizes. Runner-up winners will get to choose from the remaining prizes in the order they are drawn, including a _________ and ________. The Ticket Chairs will reach out to the 2nd or 3rd place winners after the auction.

Terms and Conditions - Grand prize winner can select between one year’s free tuition for one child (appx $8,300+ value) attending Christ the King school for the 2022-2023 school year. Tuition prize amount cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize is a calculation of 1 year’s full tuition for 1 child. An alternate cash prize option of $5,000 is available for winners who do not wish to apply winnings towards tuition. Winners can also gift the prize to a CTK family of their choice who is registered for the 2022-2023 school year (eg. grandparents). All registered students/families for the 2022-2023 school year, including incoming students, are eligible to win. Multiple entries are allowed. It is possible for a person with multiple entries to win multiple prizes. Winner do NOT need to be present to win on the night of the auction. A maximum of 300 tickets will be sold. If fewer than 100 tickets are sold, the prize will be reduced to a tuition credit or cash prize equivalent to half the monetary value of ticket sales. All participants must be 18 years and older. The winner drawing will occur LIVE on the night of the CTK Auction, February 5, 2022.
- Purchase your Tuition-for-a-Year Ticket to win the opportunity to choose have your 2022-2023 CTK tuition paid for in FULL for 1 child (the values is approximately a bit over $8k).
- Just as it sounds, we will cut a check to the school in August 2022 for the full, Single Child tuition cost, for the 2022-2023 school year on behalf of the Winner.
- No Kids, No Problem. You have options:
- The Winner has an option to take $5,000 in cash.
- You can donate the tuition to any kid enrolled to CTK for the 2022-2023 school year. Example: if you are a grandparent who wins and you opt to donate your winnings to your grandchild's tuition.
