Volunteers: We need you
We need volunteers to help coordinate class baskets, class projects, and individual projects. This is a fun and easy way to fulfill some of your volunteer hours.
- Themed Class Baskets: Each class is procuring and donating three baskets to the auction. Please refer to the information in your room parent email about how to donate. We ask that each child/family in the class donate by November 1st so the Basket Coordinators have time to gather and shop for all the items. We are still in need of Basket Coordinators for Kindergarten and 7th Grade. This is a great and fun way to earn your fundraising hours! Thank you for helping us to support local businesses and give back to our community. Please contact Julie Mullane, Eileen Brinker or Ryann Day with any questions.
- Live Auction Class Projects: Each class will have a class project that will be featured in the live auction during the event. A class project can be whatever your Class Project Team decides. Over the years we've had picnic tables, artwork, woodwork, fountains, planter boxes, hanging bars, chicken coop, playhouse, doghouse, benches, lemonade stands, whiskey bars, fire pits, pottery etc. The sky is the limit when you determine your class talents and resources! We still need class project coordinators for 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 grades. Please contact Meg Oleson & Angie Egter van Wissekerke if you can help.
- Individual Class Projects - K-2: Select grades will have Individual Class Projects. The projects will be available for purchase online and at the event. Please contact Analyn Landau and Christine Oates if you can help.
